Aromas - Milton Keynes

After being a loyal customer for years, I had a problem with this restaurant charging my account 10 days after I ordered takeout. I contacted my bank and was told to speak with the restaurant. When I talked to the restaurant, they were unhelpful and said they didn't care. My bank advised me to email evidence and ask for an explanation, but the restaurant responded saying it was normal and told me to contact the police. I will not be coming back because of the extremely poor customer service.

Very poor, was told i never ordered spicy rice, when I did then told i have to use my own fuel so they can add spice, food come cold, no flavours, definitely gone down hill since these new owners, id avoid. To confirm after listening.to my recorded call, my other in lawn confirmed they said spicy 2 times, please use your money at one of the other chinese takeaways in the area Food went in the bin.the restaurant also encouraged a leave a bad review. Very poor customer service.

We fancied a takeaway and were let down by another vendor so decided on a Chinese from Aromas instead. I'm glad that the original vendor messed us about!!! The food was tasty, hot, generous and delivered quickly by a friendly driver. Highly recommended!

My friend and I had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. We both love food and were pleased with the great selection of Chinese and East Asian dishes. The restaurant is small, but well-maintained, and the staff are extremely friendly. Our server was delightful, entertaining, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We tried a variety of dishes, including the Mongolian Lamb (similar to shredded duck, but with lamb), Char Kway Teow (a delicious Malaysian noodle dish), and various other items, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The prices were reasonable and the wine selection was also quite good.

The food at this restaurant was amazing and very satisfying, perfect for a family meal. I highly recommend it, especially the chicken noodle soup. The service was also excellent.
