Contribuisci feedbackI attempted to order some drinks from a nearby restaurant, but they had a minimum order requirement of £10. In order to meet this minimum, I added some additional items to my order. Despite this, the restaurant ended up canceling my main item and would not allow me to cancel the order altogether. I explained that I only added the other items to meet the minimum requirement for the main item that they canceled, but they insisted that the driver was already on the way to the restaurant and therefore the order could not be canceled. Despite my protests that I would not accept the order without the main item, they still refused to refund me.
I canceled my order through the robot delivery service in MK. They repeatedly delayed my order (3 times) and after an hour and a half, I decided to give up. The service was truly shocking.
We were disappointed to find that our drinks were missing from our order and were unable to find a contact number to address the issue. Additionally, the different spiced foods we ordered were not labeled, making it difficult to distinguish between them. This was our second time ordering from this restaurant and our first experience was much more enjoyable.
Opted for the deal. X2 burrito’s X1 Nachos X2 drinks Can honestly say this was the most disappointing/disgusting meal I’ve ever experienced. To start with the Nachos were all soggy and to follow on from there both burritos were packed with rice and little else. Both myself and my partner had possibly two bites and this meal ended in the bin! Massive waste of money and by looking at previous reviews also would strongly advise to NOT order from this establishment! I hope others read this prior to purchase.
Used these guys twice, first time took way over time and secondly the driver who didn't bother to read my delivery instructions drove past me and said it was delivered. You would think the people based 5 mins away from me would actually tell the driver where to go.
