Contribuisci feedbackVery busy on arrival, but we were given a table, initially okay, took our order, we asked for my daughters starter to come with the mains but it came well before everyone elses food which took an incredibly long time to arrive, I appreciate they were busy initially but it was starting to quieten down. But then things just got worse, the staff consistently ignored us, they never did clean our table of our mains or starter plates. I had to constantly get their attention to get service, they were more interested in cleaning and getting ready to close up than serving their existing customers even though there was well over an hour until they closed. After constantly chasing I gave up on sweets and tried to get their attention to leave (our kids wanted to go to bed) but still they wouldn't come over. So we got up to leave, surprisingly then they shot over at which point I asked they cancel the sweets and just give the bill. Then they ran around for another 5 minutes not telling us what was going on and then said our sweets were ready when we were already stood up and trying to leave I told them to take them away and bring the bill as I'd originally asked. No apology, my daughter didn't even get her sweet which should have been included for free in her childs meal. Will never go there again. Avoid go there at your peril.
Possibly the worst restaurant in mk service was very poor food was terrible I had a calzone that looked like a cheese pastie from Greggs god knows what will happen with my colon tonight thanks
Very misleading offer. We came here for the £8.95 pizza offer but in absolutely tiny partially covered small print which we couldn’t see it states for one person only. On a table of 6 people this meant we only saved £4.50 in total, as only one pizza was eligible for the deal. The pizza was very basic and nothing great for the price we will definitely not be visiting again. Misleading. Staff did not care.
Took our grandchildren here before the pantomime. Food was good service was excellent the cocktail was very tasty. Used our tesco vouchers to pay
I’ve recently been diagnosed with coeliac, so eating out is still a bit nerve wracking for me. Thankfully, I was greeted at the door by a member of staff (didn’t get her name unfortunately! who explained all of the gluten-free items and what precautions are taken. For the rest of the night, we were then served by Celine, who was super friendly and did her best to settle my nerves. I was given an allergen matrix and an explanation of how they prepare gluten-free orders. It’s hard not to feel like an inconvenience when dining out with dietary requirements, but Celine made me feel like the opposite, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how welcoming and attentive she was. Thank you Celine! Also, food was great (as usual and loyalty app made the order even cheaper :
