Contribuisci feedbackThe service at this restaurant was awful! The server seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. The cappuccino was terrible, probably the worst I've ever had at a Starbucks. The tables were also dirty.
We stopped at these services at Newport Pagnell for a break on our journey to Hastings. We got a good quality early lunchtime snack at a fair price each having a coffee, panini and almond croissant which we ate at the provided tables. The staff were efficient and hard working. They weren't friendly but then I don't know what its like to work here and we did witness a customer being rude and the people who preceded us didn't bother to clear their table to the convenient nearby bin so I got some idea. We were impressed that somebody was diligently cleaning the tables and floor in the eating area. So we got what we wanted and we'd say it was very good and we would stop here again.
Shockingly dirty. Don't blame the staff. The management don't employ enough staff to serve and clean. Made me not want to eat there.
On a coach trip to London and stopped here for a coffee and a wee break Starbucks one of the only options for coffee- busy and only 3 members of staff on so service very slow Coffee was ok but very expensive and served in a paper cup which is not very pleasant Captive audience so customer service non existent
I have never experienced such a terrible Starbucks in my life. The service was awful, despite there being plenty of staff on hand. It took a ridiculous 25 minutes from ordering to receiving my drinks, and even then, two people who came in after me got their drinks first. The coldbrews I ordered were absolutely terrible - they tasted like watery milk with no coffee or flavor at all. It completely ruined my day.
