I believe it all starts with how the employees perceive the management's approach to customer service. This was my third visit to this restaurant and once again I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I usually try to avoid it, but this morning it was unfortunately my only option.
As a delivery truck driver, I requested a glass of water at this restaurant but was informed that they do not offer water for free and I would have to purchase it while waiting for my food. I had just come from the stadium. In my opinion, the owner, Amit Patel, should feel embarrassed about this policy.
This restaurant, which used to offer excellent, quick, and friendly service like any other Subway worldwide, has recently declined in quality. The new staff is less inviting and there are issues with the waiting system that need to be addressed. However, its location next to the train station and free 15-minute parking make it a convenient option for a quick grab-and-go meal. Despite the recent changes, the consistency of the franchise as a whole remains a positive aspect.
I usually just have a load of veggies in a roasted packet. All the veggies were dry, they had clearly been sitting there for a few days.
Tried subway in Milton Keynes Stacey bushes. What a ripoff! £3.50 for a piece of dry bread and a spoon of tuna! Never again
