The Old Swan - Milton Keynes

Visited for New Year lunch. The welcome was warm , we were quickly seated and drinks were provided. The food was delicious and beautifully served and faultless. Nothing was too much trouble. The Old Swan is our favourite for dining and we will be back again quite soon.

We stopped by for a leisurely Sunday roast and were delighted with our experience. The restaurant was warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious, clearly made with locally sourced ingredients and cooked with attention to detail. Thank you so much - we'll definitely be returning soon!

Every thing was perfect including the atmosphere , staff, seating … defiantly will be coming back …

I visited this restaurant 5 years ago and recently decided to return with friends who lived nearby. The staff and other customers warmly welcomed us as we arrived, and our table was quickly located after I gave our booking name. We ordered drinks, received our menus, and placed our food orders shortly after. Our choices included no starters, a Cajun Burger, Swordfish, Lamb, and Salmon, all of which looked and tasted delicious. My swordfish steak was particularly enjoyable with its easy-to-slice texture, flavorful vegetables, potatoes, and marinade. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the service. For dessert, we had Citrus tart, two Treacle puddings, and one Ice Cream, followed by coffee. However, towards the end of the evening, the staff began clearing our dishes and trying to rush us out, giving us the impression that our presence was no longer welcome. Despite this, we settled our bill and left by 10:30, slightly disappointed by the abrupt ending to an otherwise lovely night.

The service was excellent. My family all enjoyed their meals and had a delightful dining experience. This is definitely my favorite local restaurant. Regards, Roger.
