Pep pretzel always hit home and love the fast delivery

The pretzels tasted over cooked. It didn't even have enough cinnamon or almonds. It just seemed whoever worked on 3/10/2022 around 4pm didn't know what he/she was doing.

Frustrating experiences 2 days in a row. Placed an order yesterday for a snack pack with extra cheese dips. The order arrived with the wrong dips. Today, I placed an order to essentially get the cheese dips I was supposed to get yesterday so I could heat up my pretzels and eat them. In the substitutions section I stated that if the cheese dips were not available, the entire order should be cancelled, since that was the only reason I placed the order. Once again, they gave me the salsa cheese dips and not the original. I have now paid for 2 orders (with minor refunds from DoorDash for the incorrect items) and still do not have what I originally ordered. I know that they are just cheese dips, but what is the point of plain pretzels without cheese dip?!?!

They never disappoint!!!
