The service was lovely. The food was incredible! Chef Zach truly treated us and it was the best dinner out we've had. The fresh strawberry salad and the walleye were so tasty. As were our drinks. Well done, team Birch we'll certainly be back.Food: 5/5

Freshness and thoughtful use of flavors with attention to detail throughout every course. Wine selection is great, but markup a bit high even for a restaurant. Smaller portions, so more of a date night place to share than family style dining. Music was a bit loud to the point of distraction, but great experience overall. Enjoyed carpaccio, pasta, and mains.

Have been here numerous times and this was the second time with a large group. All 9 people loved the food and service was excellent. Every time I come, the menu is different so it keeps it fresh and it results in a different experience every time.

We came in for one of their oyster pop ups. Everything was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Sat at the bar and we enjoyed the causal conversations had with the chef and staff working. While I can't speak to the rest of their menu, I would recommend keeping an eye out for the oyster pop up and trying to snag a seat for it.

Chefs table was soooo good! 10/10. The staff was so attentive, the kitchen operates at a 110% efficiency…was very impressive to see how a top tier kitchen operates with an open kitchen. Will go back and will recommend to friends and family! The chef had some nice words to say at the end which was the icing on the cake!Food: 5/5
