Brute Sourdough Pizza - Milwaukee

Pizza is absolutely delicious. Most flavorful crust, sauce in the city.

Yummy if not quirky pizza spot located in kind of a food mall-ish business building. Having lived in Chicago for ten years, I know a thing or two about good pizza. And how there is no 'one best pizza '. Do you like stuffed? Deep dish? Thin? Cracker? Detroit type? If you like wood fired sour dough pizza, this is the place for you. The dough is fresh and tasty. The topping selection is good and robust. The sauce is very good also. From our experience, The star of the show is the garlic bites. Probably the best I 've ever had. This is not a place I 'd plan to go eat at. There are less than 5 tables somewhat just placed in an open area that serves a few other businesses. Think mall setting. This is really a carry out type business. Quirky seating and location thing aside, if you like this kind of pizza, it 's the best wood fired pie we 've had in Milwaukee.

The pizza was so good I didn't even have a chance to grab a picture. Lovely crust and a great value. If you call and they don't pick up, try again in a few minutes their kitchen is downstairs.

Pizza was good but was undercooked ordered it online for delivery through there website

I've gotten the 414 Pizza from Brute twice now and both times did not disappoint! I have ordered it finished/cut in store as well as parbaked, and you can't go wrong either way depending on what your plan for your meal is. The food is definitely quality, and I would recommend especially if you love a chewy crust!The online ordering process is super easy, and pick up went pretty quickly. I did have to wait a couple of minutes both times at the counter for someone to come down with my food, but it wasn't too bad. There are 3 or 4 small tables to sit at inside, but it's also next to a hallway area that leads to a bunch of offices/businesses so not exactly the ideal place to enjoy a meal.
