Terrible customer service. After 10 times repeated order, it's still wrong. Back and manager was extremely rude. Will never go back. I'm going to 124 and Capital. Service I've had a long time.
WORST EXPERIENCE! Waited 40 minutes in the drive-thru for cold food. I stood on the window and they asked if I paid what I did. The proceeds to give me the wrong order and questioned me with one Are you sure? I think I knew what I ordered. After all, the food came out. I took a bite and then threw out the whole meal. Even the flat soda. What kind of mess is this? The attitudes were terrible. These are the people who want $15/hour? Haha! This Burger King should be shut off... IMPORTANT!!!
I'm coming in and yelling at DINING ROOM CLOSED, I asked what happened unfortunately the dining room is closed? Do I hear the music?? with 900 N words in it at 2 a.m. in the afternoon, curse words, while their serving customers, I am soooo confused where I was a restaurant or bar? Then the foodman always asked what she wants, like 5 times I said, if you all switched off the music, you could hear me and of course that happened.
So disappointed my burger was not hot bread was not on the freshest side..just overall disappointed! I REMEMBERED WHY I ALMOST NEVER GO HERE HADNT BEEN HERE IN OVER A YEAR....MCDONALD'S EMPLOYEES CAN BE A BIT MUCH AT TIME BIT YOU FORGET WHEN YOU GRT YOUR FOOD AND IT IS WHAT YOU WANT AND HOT OR AT LEAST A BIT WARM.
