Recently, after a not so good experience went back and was impressed! Very friendly, quick service. The pumpkin spice latte was brilliant and the coffee taste has drastically improved! Happy to support a union :

I love cold brew. This 'glitzy ' cold brew for pride tastes like drinking lemon seltzer through a used coffee filter.. I ordered it before I saw it had lemonade in it. I thought maybe Colectivo knows what they 're doing. In this case they do not. This drink is horrifying. If I hadn 't gotten it to go and for charity I would have taken it back

I love this Bay View location and its 2 Level Shop! The atmosphere is great and coffee is always perfect! Had my first Peppermint Latte of the season. Yum! Divided a chicken melt sandwich with my daughter who is totally delish! In warmer weather, it is a little outdoor... just a nice place in total!

This was definitely a big café in a great location, but in my opinion it has rejected the last few months. The place was not cleaned in weeks or months. Grab and debris around and under the tables. It is very clear that staff and likely management are not proud of their work. Many girls behind the counter are busy scrolling on their phones, even during orders. They often miss critical parts of order like milk substitutions. Bagels are served burned, breakfast Burritos served cold. It's really a shame. If you compare this experience with the other local Milwauke chains, it is really not a comparison. The staff is obviously not excited to be there.

It looks beautiful inside! You also have outdoor seating, the parking is always full of tho.
