Great coffee and tea, but the service (besides the cashier, he was super nice) was lacking… I made eye contact, and no one wanted to inform me that I would be waiting a few minutes for someone to change something so I could finish getting my tea, which was odd. After a few minutes, I was asked, “Are you waiting for something?” while standing in the pickup area… I was not pleased with the others standing around, but the person helping me was phenomenal.

Picked a chocolate croissant, requested to warm it and they probably warmed it in a microwave oven which killed the texture. Flavor was good though ?? Yet to try the coffee. Good service and nice ambiance !

To the rude guy working today…your attitude needs to change! My elderly mom asked you for some ice for the warm bottled water she bought from you and you were so rude! This was around 2:00 PM today- I hope your manager speaks to you about customer service! No need to be cranky and rude!

I feel like the guy barista hates me. I get the same simple tea and he literally ignores my order and will do 3 coffees before mine when I was the last order. ALSO thought he was very rude to a bunch of women who were patiently waiting by thr door. He felt thr need to be harsh and rude and to get out of his pick up area when they weren't blocking the area. Dude needs major rude adjustment. I totally agree with another post saying that the staff had other things to attend to than making drinks I dunno.... I switch between valetino and they seem to always treat me like a queen.

Very friendly staff, they are having fun while working! The prices are really good too! I had a nice cortado and sat outside to enjoy the scenery.
