Cousins Subs - Milwaukee

Great subs!!! The staff here is professional, quick and accurate. The subs are the best! And Cousins fried cheese curds are some of the best in the city!!!

I really try to like this company but their food is just barely okay in my book. After this visit, I decided that I 'm done and will never return. I prefer the better bread at Jimmy Johns and the quantity of meat is better at JJ also. The employees at Cousin 's always seem depressed and I just don 't want to go there anymore. I deleted their app and will not ever buy at Cousin 's again.

6/24/23 (1:01pm) Just left 135 W. Wilson Ave., Oak Creek Wisconsin, (store #1143) and the manager, no name tag, white short female, stubby, brownish hair with glasses was the worst manager I've ever experience in my whole entire life. After telling her my steak sandwiches wasn’t hot she opened the sandwich and started feeling on it. She became confrontational and asked me if I want it burnt? It was not only unprofessional, unsanitary, ignorant, rude, and insulting, it was racially motivated. What a way to teach a staff. It is totally outrageous and unacceptable, she was way out of line. If this is the type of people, you're hiring to run the business it’s downhill from here!

To Ariel the worker who “helped me”.I come here often I work not too far. I do not have a debit card and most of the time I come on my lunch break. I’ve always used Apple Pay in the drive-through. There is a manager who does not except it and forces the customer to come inside instead of the drive-through when the same payment would have been processed. Very sore attitude and not forgiving to the customer. I will not be coming here again I’m very dissatisfied with how they treated me and my form of payment
