I ask for multigrain bread and instead I got Italian bread and they never contact me about the change

Ledell was my cashier and he is FABULOUS. His friendly smile and kind vibe made me feel so welcome and appreciated! Over 30 years with Cousin's and you can tell, he's just wonderful. Thanks Ledell for brightening up a cloudy day!

Always very satisfied but this time the Quality of sandwiches were poor lack freshness crispness like expected from Cousins! Sloppy preparation. I'm was sadly disappointed but will try again another time . Thank you

Patronized this location on 5/13...everything was fine except the food...I usually come here and have a pleasant experience, but not this time. The cashier Nani, was very bubbly and upbeat....but the food was trash and way below usual Cousins standard. I ordered the half double cheesesteak...the bread was white; when did Cousins start doing this..And the sandwich was sloppy and thrown together......for the 12.70 I paid I expected better. I use to work for the company back in the 80's, and never was the food this bad....is it the person making the food or what....???....out of 5 stars I'd give this visit a 1....
