Contribuisci feedbackI use to come in here everyday and get the same thing up until 6 months ago. They falsely list store hours but are sometimes open on Fridays and never Saturdays anymore. This morning they had 2 employees 1 was a trainee just staring around. 2 customers that had been waiting longer than me. Took 5 orders after me and left 3 of us standing there for a half an hour the other two customers longer than that. This made me late to work. When I called corporate they wanted me to do the leg work of finding the address out for the store I'd number. Really you don't have customer service in the state your business is in considering there are only 2 locations in downtown milwaukee on Wisconsin Ave. Corporate should be seriously ashamed of themselves and needs a big overhaul. I work in the resturant industry do you think our customer service is in another state. The older woman you had working last week was faster by herself. Then your employees speak in Spanish so they think the customers can't understand them. What is the matter with you guys. Last year you had a 3 person team that was polite friendly and fast. Stop putting new employees at this store every other day. I'm gonna complain to Chase Tower and ask them how they can support a business like this being in a building with their name on it because right now you make that company look horrible. I will go to the Coffee Bean across the street for now on they have 2 people and the business is much better there in my opinion. How hard is it to make coffee really?
Easily the most poorly managed business in the city. I have never had a good experience here. Theyre always rude and somehow out of basic staple ingredients (ie bread, milk, etc. . I work in the building and still walk 2 blocks to the other dunkin at 622 W Wisconsin several times a week. That store is great. I gave this one another try today because its raining. They were out of the item I ordered online when I got there they told me I could not have a refund and had to choose a replacement (which I didnt want by store policy. They told me it was my responsibility to call after ordering online to make sure they had the item... which is nonsense. The young woman at the register (morning of 5/6/21 was very rude as well. All around terrible experience yet again. I leave reviews maybe once every couple of years. Thats how bad this place is.
This is the worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Honestly, the two people working there are nice. But I think there?s a language barrier or something because they mess my order up every single time. I only order regular hot coffee with cream and sugar and a bagel. First they gave me bagel minis, then when they gave me the bagel they didn?t even toast it. I?m patient with food service workers, but these people need help. Gonna have to stick with Starbucks for now where they remember my name and don?t mess up my orders.
Last week after a trip to this store. My card was wiped of $900. I went to the manager and he was arguing with me! I went just to inform him ! It couldn't be them ! I wasn't accusing. I was just saying it was the last place my card was physically. I called corporate. I got a call from the owner. He left a message saying there was no charge for$900. Duh. Not what I was saying. I literally was just letting them know. Now I'm suspicious. Watch your cards everyone. Whisver took my money. Know that was SSI money because my daughter had cancer! No Christmas now !! I will never go to this store again!!
Ordered 2 dozen jelly donuts and coffee for my coworkers on Fat Tuesday. Took over an hour to deliver after the Grubhub driver said she had to go back because they forgot the donuts. She also said they could find the order when she was telling them what was wrong. I opened the boxes to find they only gave me 1 jelly and the rest assorted. Also the coffee had leaked all over and was covered in deliver stickers tot hid the fact that the cardboard coffee dispenser was soggy and falling apart.
