Fresh pasta...what a treat! I thought it would be busier on a dreary Monday (since many places are closed on Mondays) but was glad it wasn't because it appeared one guy was holding down the whole place. Atmosphere had a sports-bar vibe but the restaurant was clean and organized.Parking: Paid Street parking...had to circle the blocks a couple of times through a tricky intersection to find parking 1.5 blocks away. Side streets had free parking (I think) but we're full in areas that parking was allowed.
Showed up at 7pm (they close at 8pm) and they said they have orders for the next 30 minutes and are not taking any more orders. If this is the case, hire more staff, prep more food, or just simply UPDATE YOUR HOURS on all platforms as this occurs. Either one of the three options above, would prevent people showing up and getting turned away.I don't recommend because if you can't honor your open hours, why even have hours posted stating business is open.
Absolutely loved the Adam pappardelle and the carbonara that my girlfriend ordered. Easily some of the best pasta I've had anywhere.
We love this pasta! Homemade pasta and fantastic owners and staff. Last night we ordered Campanelle Signature (tomato butter, cherry tomatoes, spinach, roasted red peppers), Pappardelle (wild mushroom cream sauce), and The Adam (pappardelle, bolognese, cream sauce, burrata). We don't know which was the best they were each incredibly delicious.
