Jet's Pizza - Milwaukee

If you haven't visited this place yet, you're seriously missing out! It's like stepping into a new era of pizza. The buttery garlic crust and the gooey cheese deliver that authentic deep-dish Chicago flavor. I can't get enough of it, and I'm never stopping! The online ordering and easy pickup make it even better, and the staff are super friendly. I've found my go-to pizza spot. Who's up for a pizza party?

I ordered from Jets today because I knew I could count on them for great quality food, as I always do when I order from this place, unlike other restaurants. I’m so glad I made that choice! I placed my order shortly after they opened, and my food arrived very quickly and piping hot. The triple cheese turbo sticks were delicious and fantastic, and the ranch dressing was excellent. I’m not sure if it’s homemade, but it paired perfectly with the amazing breadsticks. The delivery driver was on time, friendly, and very professional. I will definitely be ordering again!

This will be my first and last time ordering from here. I waited for 2 hours and called the restaurant to check on my order. They told me the pizza was still at the store after an hour and 20 minutes and promised it would be the next one out, but that clearly wasn't the case. I’m worried it will arrive old and cold, and I can already imagine the hassle of trying to get a refund.

ONLINE ORDER WILL NOT GO THROUGH BUT THEY WILL STILL TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT Watch out for this place...last night their online ordering was not working, I tried to place an order and it said something went wrong so I waited a couple ofminutes and then tried again and received the same message. I decided to call somewhere else to order pizza. I went on tocheck my account and it showed 2 charged my card 2 times $77.00). I called the store and they said that the money will bereturned in 2 to 3 days. I said for an order that wasn't even placed...how can they take money for something that wasn't evendone?!?!? I asked to speak to the manager and the man who acted like a little boy told me he was the manager and refused togive me his name and told me to call back in 3 days when he is gone to college.

Normally very good but this time there was so much sauce on one of my pizzas I could have made another pizza. Also would have been helpful to know that they nolonger have their own delivery drivers are using Doordash. I would have picked up my pizza. Iwould never use a food delivery service/person that did not work directly for the establishment I've ordered from. The Doordashdriver was half dressed with no bra on, chomping on something as she came out of the car up to my door. Then she proceeded totalk to me about her personal life why she was having difficulty walking straight. Extremely disappointed with this order I'm not sure I'll be ordering again.
