Mazos Hamburgers - Milwaukee

Saw that this place was recommended online so we gave it a try. It was not busy and we were seated right away. The older man working that day was very gruff and unfriendly to us. He seemed much more pleasant to people who appeared to be locals. We waited a long time to get our food which was only burgers and soup. It was good but nothing to rave about and I’d go elsewhere because of how uncomfortable they made us feel.

Cool old burger bar. They were busy when we arrived and we were sort of forgotten at a table for 15 min. Food was pretty solid. Maybe we went on a bad day though.

Mazos is probably one of the best places to get A GREAT classic burger, you can taste the difference in how they cook them. During the cold months you can also get their amazing chili. This is a place I enjoy eating at regularly.

Food was excellent their prices are very reasonable the restaurant is very clean the lady who takes orders is very kind and polite I gave only 3 stars on service because I felt like the older gentleman that works there doesn't have the personality to work with the public he appears to be on the grumpy side not very customer friendly otherwise I definitely give them a 10 it's well deserved!

Great hamburgers with French fries that cannot be beat along with their beef vegetable soup! A great destination for all things American!
