Mcdonald's - Milwaukee

The staff were friendly and pleasant, and the lobby was immaculate. The food was served hot and fresh, and the Sprite tasted just like it should—refreshing and flavorful.

This is the best fast food restaurant to go to if you in Milwaukee. Great customer service. I give them 5 stars keep up the good work.

Me and my daughters went there today for lunch. Both of my daughters are a year old and 3 years old. They had some poor customer service there. She ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets, large fries and a large coke. My 3 year old daughter cried because shethought she was getting her food like she was suppose to. We got our drink but we were told to wait out on the front like restfor the food. We waited for over an half of hour. I will never go back to this McDonald's again.

I enjoy going to McDonald's with my friends because I know the food is generally good. However, there are times when it doesn’t quite meet expectations. I've been a fan for years, but the fish sandwiches have really gone downhill. They should consider using a different type of fish—something bigger and better—especially if we're spending good money on a fish sandwich.

We did what you're supposed to do these days: we ordered our food as it appears in the pictures, without making any special requests because that seems to be too complicated for this generation to grasp. However, it seems the people in front of us customized their order. How do I know this? After waiting for 20 minutes in the parking area, we received their order, which was a whole bunch of items meant for them (Always check your bags before leaving!). Did I call back or complain? Nope. Because honestly, it doesn't seem to matter anymore. They act like they're doing you a favor by taking a break from their busy lives of posting on social media to make your sandwich and fries. Any complaints you make could lead to unnecessary tension or even worse—something unsavory in your food. So, you just accept the situation and decide never to return to that business again.
