Wrong cup size (16 oz instead of 20 oz) and didn’t fill up to the top! Two days in a row!!

Great food, great staff, relaxing atmosphere. Love this place. I'm there a lot due to proximity to work and home and being a Sip Member.

This is based on the drive thru ordered a simple coffee order just black the girl seemed to be annoyed taking my order went to window she looked right at me continued talking to her co worker now this is 6:05am so now it’s 6:13am still no contact but she still talking to her co worker but now has her Back facing me at the window now 6:18am still no contact apparently there driver thru window is a side hustle and not a very good one at that I just left!!! Apparently that’s what they wanted the whole time!

It’s usually quiet when I come in. And the soups/breads are so good! The manager was very friendly. :

The app ordered twice for this location kurbside fast pickup. this place is quite new. they would think they were on the top, no! I went in to get my order after I had received a text, my order was finished. it wasn't even started. it didn't seem to be a lack of work, only workers didn't know what was going on. I guess good administration is hard to find nowadays. my order was neither waiting nor waiting, finally my order and my ice cream lid almost jumped off and spiltkaffee for me and my vehicle interior.
