Paparazzi Ice Cream Shop - Milwaukee

The owner came across as a bit unwelcoming, as the restroom is only available for paying customers (though I was clearly there to buy something). However, the young staff working hard behind the counter made up for her lack of customer service. The prices are a bit steep, with one ice cream cup costing around $9-10, and the serving size is quite large, so it’s best to share if you go. I recommend the banana pudding, but the s'mores flavor just tasted like regular chocolate ice cream. Be sure to check their hours by calling ahead, as they don’t seem to match the posted hours on the door or online.

We drove 35min out to come try this rolled ice cream and it sure did not disappoint!!! My daughter and I love it!!!!? It’s delicious!!! We shall be back for sure!!!!

The flavors here are fantastic, and the concept is truly unique, as it's one of only two places that offer rolled ice cream. However, the restaurant could use some updates; for instance, there is an empty vending machine in the lobby that detracts from the overall experience. The person making the ice cream is very skilled and does a great job, but there's definitely room for improvement in the establishment itself.

Everyone was very friendly! Both of the young men behind the register were very friendly, and professional! Great customer service!!!

What a underrated, awesome, and kind spot. I believe the owner and his son was working. They were fast for the amount of people that were waiting on their orders. Extremely friendly, understood the complexity that is a child's patience, and extremely professional. They were kind enough to help us out with fast eaters. 10 of 10 will return. With any luck you will too!
