Honestly, you'd have a better meal rummaging through a dumpster behind a McDonald's for some day-old burgers than you would here. We were one of only two tables in the restaurant during a weekday lunch, and the sparse crowd should have been a warning sign for us to leave while we could. Somehow, we waited almost an hour and a half for our meals, making our lunch last two full hours. The food—a salad and a burger—was nearly inedible. The salad was served warm, while the burger was cold, and the fries were still frozen on the inside! The few staff members present clearly didn't want to be there. Our waiter apologized for the lengthy wait and even expressed (paraphrasing here) that he was eager to leave this place, just like everyone else has. It's clear that management, from the top down, has no regard for us or the food. Our waiter seemed genuinely frustrated by circumstances beyond his control. How low must things be when the waiter feels the need to vent to customers? Do yourself a favor and escape this place—run, don’t walk! Find somewhere else to eat. You will regret every moment spent in this dreadful establishment.
Considering this restaurant is located inside an MLB stadium, we had mixed expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the prices – they weren’t as high as we anticipated. We ordered two servings of wings, two entrees, and one drink, all for about $70. The wings were tasty, with a nice extra crunch that we appreciated. The Reuben was also quite impressive.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We visited during a Thursday day game and encountered a 45-minute wait that timed perfectly with the first pitch. Two of us ordered beers, along with the burger topped with a brat and the nachos. The $13 nachos were an excellent value. The food was fantastic, and we enjoyed sitting right next to the bullpen with Sophia.
The stadium food here is better than usual. We bought tickets to sit above the Brewers' bullpen, which included a credit for food and drinks. The service was quite good. Due to COVID restrictions, it appears that the waitstaff now has to cover more area than they used to. Additionally, the restaurant has restrooms, so you don’t have to walk through the stadium to find one, which is a nice convenience.
The burger and fries were great, but the menu is quite limited. It seems like the other reviewers are a bit too uptight. If you're going to a restaurant in the ballpark on game day, don't expect to be seated immediately. Honestly, I'm glad those people aren't my friends!
