I was thrilled to try a new vegan pizza, but was disappointed by the overall experience. I have the buffalo chicken less pizza for 12 with a deal. the toppings were not very well spaced, there were not so much “chickens”, and the buffalo sauce was too sharp and exaggerated on some of the discs that had no toppings on them. I will probably try one of the other pizzas at some point, but I would rather spend a little more for a better quality pizza elsewhere. Nevertheless, it is great to see restaurant chains expand their vegan options!
Their promotion of their vegan menu options is dismissive of veganism. The cheese they use is unpleasant and overpowering. The "chicken-less chicken" resembles and tastes like inexpensive Boca chicken patties.
I was eager to sample some new vegan pizza, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I ordered the buffalo chicken-less pizza for $12 with a special offer. The toppings were unevenly distributed, there was not much "chicken" included, and the buffalo sauce was overly spicy and overwhelming on certain slices that were lacking toppings. I may consider trying one of the other pizzas in the future, but I would prefer to pay a bit more for a higher quality pizza at another establishment. Nonetheless, it is encouraging to see restaurant chains expanding their vegan menu options.
Nice ambience, right next to the amazing “black cat alley,” and they were willing to accept a large order of 8 pizzas on the spot (which they finished in just 15 minutes)! Their house selections all sound so tasty too!
