Had a massive baguette for €3.50, bottle of water to the table and super friendly service. Great WiFi, music and location.
Excellent repas. Very good value! The menu du jour was worth its price. The food is simple but prepared by an excellent cook! We had mussels, chipirons, bulots...even the french fries were cooked to perfection. Worth a visit for quick lunch!
On the front at Mimizan Plage there are many, many restaurants and snack bars so I really couldn't tell you how this one compares. What I can say is that the Moules au Curry were delicious, the frites were crispy, the galette classique was - well, classic - and the baked mini camembert was also very tasty. Sounds too good to be true? Be assured then that the weather was atrocious, however as I don't believe this was the fault of the restaurant I'd recommend it as a good lunch spot. Be prepared for slightly slow service but as we weren't in a rush to go back out into the rain it didn't matter on this occasion. I imagine the views would be stunning on a sunny day. I'd give service 3* and food 4*.
Was dubious of reviews and concerned. Thank god all was supurb. Great pizzas. Good wine ( choose Bordeaux white) and the location is spot on.
