Red Rooster - MINCHINBURY

This outlet is the best Red Rooster by far . The cleanliness of the store is second to none . The staff were lovely and the food very fresh . Well done to the franchise and manager , you definatly know how to run a good fast food outlet .

I think it would be beneficial for the restaurant to improve their truck parking situation in order to sell more meals. The restaurant is in need of a makeover, but I must say that I enjoyed the chicken I had today.

I have always loved Red Rooster the most. It is much better than KFC, Oporto, and other similar places. The service is exceptional with friendly staff and great energy. I just love their chicken the most!

Didnt stuff the order up like most places usually do.

Amazing service. My partner and I usually eat here after a long day of work. We are always greeted with a smile on their face. Workers in the back seem to enjoy being there and from our point of view it is very clean and tidy. We are usually served by a lovely lady named Hayley and she always has a smile on her face it’s just a positive environment. She deserves a raise! There’s never been a time that our order has been messed up or something has been forgotten I always get what I order and it’s always delicious! In comparison to Maccas, there are predominantly teens working there and there’s usually something missing or I’ve been given a totally wrong order (and it’s obvious they don’t want to be there . The only small issue I have is that sometimes the tables are dirty aren’t cleaned after people leave! In essence, this is our favourite location to go to but at every other RR we have been to, the service has been absolutely excellent. (PS. I’m pretty sure one of the workers at RR owns a Calais amazing car!
