Geaux Fresh - Minden

We had an amazing experience today, 5/31/22. We drove from KS to Minden on our way to Baton Rouge. Staff are all so beautiful and helpful. Our sandwiches were so good, lots of taste and just the right amount of crisp with the panini. Sometimes they are too soft or too hard, their were perfect. The little salad was great for housewear. Love the spices in it! We will definitely go back!!

Delicious food! The shrimps are so fresh and delicate, perfectly seasoned. I love the shrimp chop. Your desserts are from this world! Customer service is beautiful and the atmosphere is top notch. They put love in their food, they will taste it. I love going to that little jewel in Minden!

We were traveling on I20 and passing Minden. Having seen the home town kickstart show we wanted to stop by. Very glad we did! My wife had the fruity chicken salad sandwich and I had the surf and turf bowl. The pattie and shrimp were grilled perfectly and the dressing had just the right spices. We both agreed the freshness of everything was a standout. Staff were all friendly and nice.
