The service at this restaurant is consistently slow and unhelpful. I have placed mobile orders multiple times, only for the staff to claim they have not received the order until I show them proof on my app. They need to check their mobile alerts. Additionally, I have experienced racism and rudeness from the staff.

The personal here is great. very friendly and my drinks are always right! I made a mistake to order once and they made my drink without annoying again?

Cooler charge for quick coffee intake during the day. the load was clean, kept a welcoming atmosphere. it is a cool place to do something work or hang for a bit. the baristas were okay, not friendly, but also not rude. it was just a mediocre vibe. there are free parking.

The staff is excellent, but the music is extremely loud.

Give these baristas a prize! I drive from Queens to go to this location because not only are they the nicest people, they ALWAYS make my oatmilk Chai Frapp perfectly! Never too sweet, never too watery, always perfect!
