Wing Dingers - Mineola

Was excited to try this place but unfortunately our food was so over cooked it was almost inedible. It was as if it had been cooked a while back then put back in the fryer. We had wings, a burger, and fried mushrooms, all burnt to a literal crisp. Not sure what was going on. We went on the recommendation from a friend that said it was very good so we will probably give it one more chance because things happen but we were not pleased with our lunch at all. We didn't ask for it to be comped and politely told them our food was not good and almost couldn't eat it and left over half of it uneaten. They didn't offer to comp or take money off our meal and we didn't ask or expect it. It was just shy of $40 for lunch so we were pretty disappointed. Hopefully they correct the issue and we can try again.

I got the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it was so delicious! As well as the fried mushrooms! The best fried mushrooms I've personally had the wings are kind of a hit or miss with flavors but still enjoyable!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp leading into the building

The staff was GREAT, polite and attentive but the place is FILTHY. The floor by the soda machine was so dirty and sticky which then made me start looking around. The air vents/return on the wall, by the ceiling above the salad bar are covered in dirt. I started to cringe wondering what the kitchen looks like where our food was being prepared. The restaurant was empty, staff standing around while tables and floor were dirty as well.

First time and last time at this location, usually we go to the one in downtown Quitman when we are down to East Texas. Tell me how when we have a group of 6 and my family orders first, our other group gets their food first, and most of the customers that came after us received their food also? Finally, I went to go ask where our food was at? The girl that did not take our order said that sometimes it did not go through to the back for them to get the order. REALLY! Then refund my whole order, our other party have already finished their food and are waiting for our food to come out! The girl said, "Let me go check in the back. Wait, it 's coming out! ? Wow! No, sorry for the wait, let me give you a discount for the long wait! NOTHING! Oh ya, when I looked at my receipt, she charged me for ranch on the fully loaded fries that come with ranch! They only thing I wanted on the loaded fries was cheese, bacon, and ranch! FAIL! FAIL!! We are not going back and bad impressions on our first visit! Should have not tipped at all! My mistake!!
