Daalo - Minneapolis

Daalo hilaaac is an amazing place to try real, authentic Somalian food. When we walked into the door the servers kindly greeted us and asked us what we wanted to order. Since we did not know much about Somalian food, she gave us some options and we picked from them (I don’t remember the options right of the bat, but it was really good! . When the food came we could immediately tell it was real as authentic homemade style food. Overall I’m going to give daalo hilaac 5 stars it was flavorful tasty and had really made my day! If you have not tried Somalian before daalo is the way to go!!!

I had chapati with chicken suugar. One of the the best food since 2009..I give this place an A for food and service..I have seen restaurants the only issue would be the processing of the order faster...and handling cleaning after people eat... Keep up the good service..keep changing the menu n sale more drinks..

I had rice and pasta with goat meat and fish, along with a cup of black tea or coffee. Everything was delicious. The customer service was exceptional, especially Ahmed who provided great service.

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly! I will definitely be coming back again!
