Geek Love Cafe - Minneapolis

I wish there were vegan options available on other nights as well, but I'm glad we were able to try them on Monday night! I enjoy any of the slices that don't contain fake meat. The beet pizza is delicious, especially with pesto and tomatoes. We ordered a large beet specialty pizza, which made quite a mess on the ride home - but it was worth it. I prefer sticking to the vegan slices with their perfectly cooked crusts. They also offer a variety of vegan soup options and pastries in their bakery case.

This restaurant offers a fantastic and diverse vegan pizza menu, including build-your-own options. The Vegan Slice Night on Mondays is a must-try, with large slices and a variety of vegan options available. You can also order a whole vegan pizza at any time. The homemade cheese, including Violife, and flower wings are delicious, along with Follow Your Heart parmesan and a selection of hot sauces. Some of the vegan meats are made in-house. The rotating vegan bakery options are all tasty, and the vegan breakfast/brunch menu is also impressive. The staff is friendly, the bookshop is a great spot for gifts, and the music hall adds to the fantastic atmosphere.

I absolutely love Geek Love Cafe. They offer a wide variety of delicious and affordable vegan options, including pizza, salads, sandwiches, and "flower flower wings." On Monday nights, they have a special vegan pizza night where you can buy slices. The bookstore attached to the café is charming, and sometimes there is a farmers market nearby in the evenings.
