Heather’s Pies - Minneapolis

This was my second time getting a pie from Heather's Pies and I couldn't be happier. The first one I got was a key lime pie and it was one of the best I have ever had. We got a strawberry rhubarb this time and it was phenomenal. I would recommend Heather's Pies to everyone!

I literally found this place online by googling best Keylime Pie in Minneapolis. Heather's Pies did not disappoint. We were celebrating an employee's birthday and they wanted Keylime Pie. I actually just picked it up today and am eating it thru my review. The pie is phenomenal from the crust to the Keylime filling, whip topping and decorations. Heather is a gem and certainly can bake or make a pie. I can't wait to try something else from Heather's Pies!

Heathers pies looked so good that we served them at our wedding over 3 hours away never having tried them before! she was extremely communicative and made sure she knew what we wanted down to the last detail! and of course, her pies were the best we've ever had (that CRUST)! so glad we chose her to make our pie and ice cream wedding dessert dreams come true strawberry rhubarb with the cutest strawberry cutout details and pecan pie with chocolate simply perfect. The most beautiful pie I have ever seen. I ordered a key lime pie for my moms birthday and it was by far the best pie we have ever had, and so beautiful. Will definitely be a repeat customer

I ordered over ten pies from Heather for a Kentucky Derby party and they were amazing! I am so sad I didn’t take a photo of the “pie table” I set up on my dining room table. It was so fun to create. Not only were they delicious, they were so very beautiful! Because I had such a large order, Heather delivered them to my house in Wayzata right before my party started. Her daughter had been in labor the entire previous day; yet, she met the deadline regardless. I will definitely order again for my party and just for fun, also! My husband and I both loved the blueberry pie the best, but they all were delicious. Do not hesitate to order. I would give more stars if possible! I wish I had photos to add to this review.
