Contribuisci feedbackNormally I don't write reviews but I'm in awe of how bad they messed up. Online order, ALL 3 sandwiches were wrong. They put half the toppings from one sandwich onto one and half from that on the other. So i got two mix and matched sandwiches. Both withadditional sauces and toppings that were not asked for. The 3rd sandwich was supposed to be flat bread but they decided itneeded to be wheat. Normally I wouldn't mind if it was a topping missing or something but this was just pure negligence. I wouldbe willing to bet the person realized their mistake at a certain point but didn't care.
We were on our way out of town and stopped in. Most subway's I go to the artists are grumpy or don't seem happy to be there. This was not the case! We were greeted by a nice lady, and she was polite and kind the entire time. Not to mention the sub wasamazing! Can't go wrong with the teriyaki chicken!!
By far the worst subway store I have ever experienced, the employees are so rude, they do not say hi, they do not give you the time of day. 3 times now I have come here and they have not said a word to me, they just stare at me then I start saying what Iwant. They don?t ask any questions like how the other subways do. Lastly, they had a sign on the door saying ?closed for 15minutes ? I waited 35 minutes for the store to open back up! Another person who was waiting next to me honked their horn as theydrove away in anger. I walk in and the employee starts harassing me because ? im inpatient and rude?. I didn?t say anything, andI didn?t even honk the horn. This place is AWFUL. If you like customer service experiences. Don?t come here.
If I need a quick vegan sandwich, I'll go here. Please keep training employees about why vegans don't want their food to be touched by gloves that just touched animal flesh. While most of the time, they get it, some just don't. Glad to see Subway isoffering Beyond. If they can get vegan cheese, that would be another game changer.

So I got two mixed sandwiches. both with additional sauces and with toppings that were not asked. the third sandwich should be flat brot, but they decided that it must be white. Normally, I wouldn't mind if it was missing a topping or something, but that was just negligence. I would be willing to bet that the person recognized her mistake at a certain point, but I didn't care.
