TGI FRIDAYS - Bloomington (Normandale Blvd)

Restaurant said they could not contact open table because their computer was down.

Food served cold and was not tasty. Hamburgers were good though. It's not difficult to serve hot french fries, is it?

The food was a bit disappointing. Not terrible, but far from great.

The service and food was good as it always is, but they never seem to be able to properly check people in with the Open Table App. You can show them that you have one, but they don't ever see it on their system. It's frustrating that it happens every single time. This is something that needs to be fixed.

The food was ok. The cajun blackened chicken sandwich wasn't very blackened and could have used more cajun.
