Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Minot

Went through the drive through last night and got blizzards. They had hardly any toppings. I basically paid 12 bucks for vanilla ice cream. Done with this place. Isn't the first time they have done this. This used to be the best DQ in town. Not anymore.

Went through the drive through. Didn't experience any atmosphere. But it's DQ. What else needs be said?

Absolutely love Dairy Queen but this location never fails to disappoint. Unfortunately it's the closest to me. Stood first in line for close to 15 minutes. Never once acknowledged but was stared at a few times. Ended up going through drive thru where we were acknowledged immediately. Needs better delegation as ordering inside is the most consistently dreadful experience. Very understanding of places being short staffed but acknowledgment of a persons presence makes a world of difference.
