Needs both stores open i go half as much since the north location closed took almost 20 minutes for drive thru.
I ordered doordash and it came with half of the order that was supposed to come. It took an hour extra time. They also did not answer the phone to address the concerns. The main dinning area was locked as well leaving only the drive through open. The food arrived cold.Doordash only refunded 20% of the order when we were missing well over half of our order.
This place gave us literally half our order on Door Dash. It took an hour extra to fill it and they didn't even answer the phone to address the order. They also locked the main diner area so you couldn't talk to anyone. We are out $45 worth of food. And the food was cold. This was the worst food experience I've ever had in Minot, and that is saying a lot.
Just left. Taco Tuesday prepared for a little wait. After I go into lobby and order find out I’m like 10th in line. Some customers have been waiting for 30 min. But ok wish I had known. Drive thru was about 2 to 1 fyi. So the manager is swearing and barking about some girl and yelling about sending her home. There’s a girl working drinks trying to calm down the guy on register by telling him the “ the customers chose to eat here, they don’t have too.” So I guess caring what a customer thinks is out the window if we walk into your restaurant.
