My husband and I met two friends at the Cafe yesterday. It lived up to our expectations having read all the reviews. The food was fabulous, the service friendly and attentive and the decor really nice. The hours of operation are limited so make sure you call ahead and make a reservation. It was a busy place yesterday but everything was freshly made and delicious.

My husband and I discovered this gem of a cafe on our way back to Hamilton on Sunday, Sept.11th. Unfortunately, the house smoked salmon was sold out, but no matter. We had the Benny with pulled pork and bearnaise. This was one of the best Bennys I've ever had! The eggs were perfectly soft poached, great sauce, lots of pulled pork and the biscuit light and buttery. Nice touch with the paprika home fries and nicely dressed green side salad. And a nice china teapot of Earl Grey : Terrific service and value! We'll definitely stop in again!
