Contribuisci feedbackWe stopped by DD on our way out of town. The food is DD good, but the service was what made the experience stellar!!! T-Jay took our orders. He was friendly, kind, and had a smile that could bring sunshine on a cloudy day! If we lived here we?d drive to this DD. Service always makes an experience-if want to start every morning right, go here! What can you say, great doughnuts, great sandwiches, and a super selection of cold and hot drinks all with super friendly service. Great to visit any time of day.
Great staff, friendly, and helpful. This spot has free Wi-Fi and tables are clean. Stranger Things icecream are good, too! Kid size come are a good portion even for adults.

Today I had the worse experience at this point. Usually, when I go, I tend to go inside and I am treated with respect. Today I decided to try the ride for the first time on this rainy day. I told the cashier about the speaker my order and I continued to go the sliding door to pick up my order. As soon as I got closer, I came down my window and Michelle the checkout THREW MY ORDER on the passenger seat of my car. When I looked at her, she said oh and didn't apologize. Then the crowd told me and I gave her my card. I was livid. She knew what she did was wrong and decided to tell the other worker to give me my drink. I even had to ask for my reception from the male employee because she didn't give it to me. When I ran away, I ordered something else and she didn't take it to the order. So I decided to go back this time and ask to talk to the manager or superior about Michelle. The employee Michelle was very rude when I went to the house, recognized her in front of the BTH of her employees, who threw my bag on my car seat and said to me? Well, I thought I said sad and went away?. It is very rude and very unprofessional. I'm working too hard to let someone throw food in my car. I talked to a nice gentleman he told me he's gonna let the manager know, and he gave me her number, but I placed it wrong while he ran back to the car in the store. The male employee apologised for Michelle's action, which Michelle never apologized to me for what she did. I never went to life to order thru from every drive and the employee threw the bag of food in my car. I'm not asking anyone to go through the drive. I like this place, but not today? m will find another place.
After this, I handed her my card, feeling furious. She knew her actions were inappropriate but instead motioned for another worker to bring me my drink. I had to ask the male employee for my receipt because Michelle didn’t provide it. Frustrated, I decided to place a different order but noticed she didn’t add it to my initial one. I went back inside to speak to a manager or supervisor about Michelle’s behavior. When I confronted her in front of her colleagues about throwing my bag into my car, she dismissed the situation and pretended to apologize before walking away. Her response was not only rude but also highly unprofessional. I believe I deserve better treatment than having someone throw my food at me. A kind gentleman assured me he would inform the manager and gave me her contact number, but I accidentally wrote it down incorrectly while rushing back to my car. The male employee did apologize for Michelle’s behavior, but she never apologized to me. In all my years, I’ve never experienced such a disregard for customer service at a drive-thru. I really like this restaurant, but after today, I think I’ll find somewhere else to eat.
