I typically order food from this restaurant on Uber Eats late at night when everything else is closed, but tonight when I was really hungry, they made a mistake. I had ordered a chicken burger with cheese fries, but when I received my food, there was bacon in the burger! I called the restaurant and the person I spoke to said that the chicken burger comes with bacon as a standard ingredient. I have ordered this sandwich many times before and it usually does not come with bacon. This will be the last time I order from this restaurant.

I paid $14 for 1 Hawaiian Hot Dog and a Posto Bon Soda when the menu price should have been $8 for both. When I asked the waiter, he said they had not updated the prices on the menu. This was for a carryout order. The quality of this place used to be good, but it is disappointing to see it going downhill. Other reviews about the staff are accurate.

Make the order through doordash, when i opend the box 3 tostones with chicken and guacamole was horrible. NOT GOOD AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How is it possible that you get 18% of the service ? They don't even give the option to give tip just get it out without warning! I don't think I'm paid $10 for a service I don't even like. They all took their time and the scissors more still seeing their nails literally and with their slowness comes to take care of afterwards I being standing there!... I think they changed things a lot in this restaurant and for bad and the tip.. Not even a 5-star restaurant makes you this for God's sake.
