Ihop - Miramar

Very unprofessional, there is no communication, we were there almost 2 hours, they need a lot of instructions, they have a lot of staff, they only focus on Uber meals and doorstep, PLEASE IF YOUR READY to SIT AND WAIT 2 hours to eat, then continue to another restaurant! They gave us our food after 1/half hours waiting time, they have our food with a party of 5, we have our food 15 minutes apart, so none of our party For the first time in Florida, the restaurants here are very unorganized PLEASE DO YALLS SELVES A FAVOR AND HIRE MORE RESPONSIBLE AND HARDWORKING PEOPLE IF THERE IS NEGATIVE STARS I5 WOULING HIVE HIVE HIVE HOW

The place is very small and the seat arrangement is narrow. Nobody wears a mask. The waitress has the order wrong, instead of Crepe bringing them bright pancakes. They lasted long t bring us the order and the size part is very small. I don't have the atmosphere. There was even a fight outside. I felt uncomfortable and not safe in such a tiny place.

Rachelle was nothing but amazing. She was friendly and very helpful in supporting the children on what to get on the menu. We had two tables with which she could handle us all in time. Stop the madness? She had patience and kept this beautiful smile

My biggest mistake was the order at this IHOP location. This is perhaps the slowest and most uncomfortable place I've ever visited. Expect a long waiting period and many restrictions on food options. The worker offers little help in rewarding redemption, no cheese, no honey or syrup and no grits available! Fearable experience, never again!

I will never be ordering here again tonight at 10:02pm me and my fiancé order food I get home yo enjoy my burger only to find I?m chewing plastic. I?m so disgusted don?t go here unless you like surprises in your food ????? 5/14/22
