Ihop - Miramar

This restaurant is very unprofessional and lacks communication. We waited almost 2 hours for our food and had to give a lot of instructions. Despite having a large staff, they seemed to only focus on orders from Uber and DoorDash. If you are willing to wait 2 hours for your meal, then maybe consider dining elsewhere. Our party of 5 received our food 15 minutes apart, showing a lack of organization. This was our first time dining in Florida and we were disappointed with the experience. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to hire more responsible and hardworking staff. If negative stars were possible, I would give them a 0 rating.

Rachelle was nothing but amazing. She was friendly and very helpful in supporting the children on what to get on the menu. We had two tables with which she could handle us all in time. Do you stop madness? She had patience and kept this beautiful smile

Very unprofessional, there is no communication, we were there almost 2 hours, they need a lot of instructions, they have a lot of staff, they only focus on Uber meals and doorstep, PLEASE IF YOUR READY to SIT AND WAIT 2 hours to eat, then continue to another restaurant! My biggest mistake was the order at this IHOP location. This is perhaps the slowest and most uncomfortable place I've ever visited. Expect a long waiting period and many restrictions on food options. The worker offers little help in rewarding redemption, no cheese, no honey or syrup and no grits available! Fearable experience, never again!
