However, the labels over some of the baked good baskets were mismatched. I thought I was buying a chocolate pastry, but turns out I bought a custard pastry. I even went back to check the label above the basket, twice, to ensure I picked up a chocolate pastry. And since a lot of pastries have tightly-closed seams, there’s no way to tell if you bought the wrong pastry until you bite into it. To me, that’s a beginner’s mistake for a bakery to do. Especially since the bakery opens much later (11pm) than usual bakeries; so they should have more time to make sure these details are correct. Also, the chocolate croissant was not really a chocolate croissant. Instead of chocolate inside the croissant, there was a whipped cream that was just slightly chocolate-colored. Would that not be called a chocolate cream puff instead? Again, there’s no way to tell if the inside was chocolate or not, because the edges of the croissant were tightly closed. To me, both pastries tasted just ok. I wish they had more notes of flavor, like vanilla or butter or brown sugar or hazelnut. But the flavor was instead just ok.Finally, the sliced white bread is really cute and aesthetic, as it’s a perfect cube shape. The packaging is very thoughtful and charming. The taste, and the texture, is simply ok. Personally, I think it can be softer, because grocery-bought bread like Wonder or Sara Lee is definitely softer than this bakery’s sliced bread. The crust is a bit too chewy. However, if you plan on using this bread to make a grilled/pressed sandwich, or French toast, then I would say this bread is fine to use. It’s just not as suitable to eat while soft. Overall, if I want to go to get some nice pastries, I think I would rather go to Whole Foods, or even one of the small Latin bakeries around Pines.I would go to this bakery for the atmosphere, or for a coffee date. It’s in a nice and low-key location that’s calm and unhurried.
I usually frequent this place....but lately specially today 9/15/2023 in the afternoon.... customer service was unpolite and rude.....not sure why.....despite this bad experience I will continue enjoying this unique and beautiful decorated bakery.
Great place with authentic French stuff. They just take a little long for latte but it’s well worth it.
The vibe is just like Paris Baguette which is a korean bakery. It's very nice to have a korean bakery in Miami. I like the fact they have very comfortable sitting. The bread stuffed with cream was nice.
Love this bakery and their products. Their cakes are the best, light and not too sweet. The red velvet cake is amazing! Love their red bean pastries.
