Holi Indian Kitchen (a Flavor Of Joy)

Stopped by here before leaving Destin. Food is good tasting. Service is good. But if you have allergies stay away. Wife has celiac and we double checked with the chef that the food was gluten free except the naan obviously). Within 2 hours she starts feeling bloated, nauseous and starts throwing up which is typical reaction for her when she accidentally eats things with gluten in there. Not sure which item exactly was the culprit but we had chicken biryani which wasn'tlisted as gluten free but server verified with chef that it was gluten free), paneer Tikka masala and kadhai chicken. If you don't have any allergies, the food is really good.

They charged automatic tip $52) on a $130 dollar order, service was decent not great, but we were not there long was literally 5 min worth of work to make that 52 dollar tip. Also the guy did not get our order right at all. I said low spice on Chicken Biryani. What I got was almost inedible. And way hotter than 3s only one person ordered a 5) that some of the others ordered. But overall almost all of the food was way too spicy and impossible to enjoy, we ate family style, so we shared everything, by the way, I like spicy. Seriously though, 52 dollar tip? Whats the point of a tip if it's automatic and I cannot use it to grade poor service. OK, Ho-Li ... you got me once its called rip-off) but I will never be back. 7 people, is not a huge crowd.

This was my first time ever going to an Indian restaurant and I was absolutely floored! The decor and the music was beautiful and the food was next level. I got the lamp chop masala and I genuinely think that is one of the greatest foods I have ever had the privilege of putting in my mouth. Our waiter was Adish and his customer service skills are very good! He was very polite, kind, and answered every question we had about the food. I will most definitely be returning to Holi as soon as I have the opportunity!! Thank you!

This was a delicious experience! The pictures don?t do it justice. We had the Hakka Noodles, grilled Pompano whole fish and Butter Chicken. All cooked to perfection! The garlic naan was an added bonus to a delectable family meal. Pri, our server, was insightful and provided great recommendations. We will be back next trip.

Enjoyed the first dinner of our Anniversary trip. Food and service were awesome.
