Mcdonald's - Miramichi

The food was cold and was not what we ordered.we ordered two double cheeseburgers made like macs and they gave us twon made like macs and with ketchup.asked for to chicken sandwiches light on the lettuce and they packed the lettuce on and left out the sauce.the fries tasted stale.was very dissapointed

Love the new Burgers. Even love the new order Kiosks. And the friendly helpful staff that assist in the ordering process. Reminds me more of a restaurant experience rather than cafeteria style of days gone by. Nice touch to be able to order extras on the burger like mushrooms and cheese choices.

The service was friendly and efficient. There was a lot going on in the restaurant. The food was good, but the staff seemed very busy. However, I understand that it's a popular place.

We were charged twice for our egg dishes and the restaurant refused to refund us for the duplicate charge. It was due to an issue with their mobile ordering system. They were unapologetic and rude about the mistake. This was unacceptable and we will not be going back.
