The consistency of the food at night can be quite unpredictable. The seasoning on the chips varies; sometimes they are well-salted, and other times they are not. The burger quality is reliable until it suddenly isn't. The oil temperatures in the fryers seem to fluctuate throughout the establishment, leading to soggy chips and roasted items. Some nights, the staff are fantastic and everything is enjoyable, while other nights don’t quite measure up. The lack of competition is surprising. In the past, we have also noticed that during closing time, the staff seem to be cleaning and taking kitchen items out of service well before the posted closing hour, which doesn’t create the best experience. On a brighter note, lunch is good, similar to breakfast, and the precooked food held in the bain-marie doesn’t sit long enough to become stale, ensuring it remains consistently fresh and quite tasty.

The food consistency at night varies widely; the salt on the chips is hit or miss, and while the burgers are generally okay, they can sometimes be disappointing. Additionally, the oil temperatures in the fryers seem to be inconsistent across the board.
