Chez Pap's - Mirepoix

Lunch taken on November 19, 2023. In a very chilled atmosphere due to the absence of heating and the door open to the street, we chose to eat a leg of duck confit with small vegetables. So far, nothing to complain about in terms of quality and quantity. But it was with the cassoulet that things got worse. Reheated to oblivion in the oven, I was only able to consume a little third of it. Burnt duck, sausage in the same dry state and beans without any sauce. In short, a complete failure. After reporting to the waiter, we expected a small commercial gesture such as offering desserts or subtracting the cassoulet from the bill. But we were considered to the end as consumers who were just ready to pay the bill. So I would like to point out a basic business principle. A restaurateur and his customers operate in a partnership relationship. The customer needs the restaurateur to feed himself for a moment, but the restaurateur needs the customer permanently to live. Neglecting customer needs prevents customer loyalty. That day, we were taken for “pigeons” but it was the last time. If someone asks me about this restaurant, the praise will not be there. We decided to go to Mirepoix on the way back from vacation. Had a look around on the square for something to eat and just off the square was this fantastic looking place called Chez Pap's. Only a few tables and was crowded. It was absolutely the most wonderful food, made with love, and pride. The waitress was outstanding and I would highly suggest anyone going to this area, to give this place a try. It is worth it

Frankly I advise everyone who wants to eat homemade cooking in an extremely warm place! the waitress is on top!!!! really super nice and professional. The boss is adorable!! who makes a kitchen to delight all the mouths who want to feast! ! super affordable prices! from cassoulet to the fisherman's pot! or any other dish on the menu or on the menu!!! a real delight! We're going once a week on the weekend. Always as awesome! !!! I strongly recommend this restaurant. it's rare to find a place today, serieous and super good with a cost of return of the most honest.
