Apollo Seafood Centre - Miri

My family and I have been dining at the Apollo for a period in excess of 25 years, both dining in, or take away. The family run business provides consistently high quality food from a diverse menu. Plenty of Fresh seafood, eat the chilli crab, or crab cooked as you wish, if you can, crab is a big favorite and sells very quickly. The service is second to none in Miri, better than the 5 star hotels. Apart from normal dining we also visit the Apollo for special events, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Nothing is too much trouble for Helen, Her Brothers and their staff. I can honestly say that we have never had cause for complaint for the food, service or pricing. Our favorite GO TO place to dine.

A favourite especially if you like fresh seafood. Mmm prawns in creamy butter, steamed or grilled fish, grilled sotong/squid with sambal to die for and loads of delicious local vegetables.

The taste is very good without too salty. I like fried rice very well with proper taste and caramelized taste. The fat of the pig belly is really melted in the mouse. The only small cons is lean meat is a bit dry. I think the good point is not too salty compared to other zi char store. Must visit again when Miri comes next time.
