The restaurant atmosphere is a bit lacking, possibly due to the lighting. However, they offer a variety of drink options not commonly found in Kuala Lumpur. The service is good and the prices are typical for a franchise restaurant. The New York fish and chips were slightly undercooked with a pink hue, but still edible. Overall, the food was decent but could use some improvement. The restaurant could also benefit from enhancing the overall ambiance.

The customer service is fantastic. Can we have more choices for kids' meals?

If you have plenty of time during dinner peak hour, please come. If not, they messed up a bit, if fullhouse. Maybe due to lack of staff. But still, as a guest, id like to be serve a correct order, and not multiple misordered item. Taste? I cant judge since where I came if lot more fresher and cheaper. Overall, 3stars. Really overprice if u asked. Carrot juice rm23 for a mere 300ml??? I ddint know that carrot are so rare here i miri

Had the fish and fries. Not very good. Breading was crispy but the fish was all mashy. I would not go here again.

Beautiful atmosphere, good place to have a relaxing meal. seafood were very fresh and with a large proportion
