This cozy little café offers coffee, baked goods, and various snacks right by the roadside, complete with a lovely seating area to enjoy the fresh air. I found the custard tart to be delightful, and they have a nice selection of homemade muffins as well. However, the coffee was underwhelming. Overall, it’s a good spot to take a break and grab a bite during the long drive along the east coast. Oh, and the large model of the red crab is amusing to see, although it’s not a destination worth going out of your way for.
The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and the staff are very friendly. I dined in for lunch, and the prices ranged from A$1 to A$20. The food was rated 4 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere also received a 4 out of 5.
