Caribou Coffee - Mishawaka

Their blended drinks so so good! Presentation is lovely. Most of the staff is friendly the exceptions still make wonderful coffee! Shouldn't say it, but Starbucks has nothing on these guys! Try blended campfire mocha ... And moose it!

I visited this Caribou Coffee today and used the drive-thru, which is located across the parking lot, and you drive up to the window. I was warmly greeted by the friendliest and most cheerful employee, Shelly (my apologies if I got the name wrong and it's Shelby). She really brightened my morning and maintained her upbeat attitude throughout my visit. The coffee was excellent, the service was fast, and the drive-thru made it so convenient. I will definitely be returning!

The ordering location is hard to find, and there is insufficient lighting. The drive-thru experience was disappointing, as it was difficult to see when placing an order. The coffee tasted burnt and was overpriced for the small serving size. The service was decent but nothing exceptional. The atmosphere was lacking, as it felt more like a space for Martin's rather than a restaurant.

The coffee is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming to all, including police officers.

We really enjoy Caribou Coffee and would be thrilled if they could open a location on Cassopolis Street in Elkhart. It would be a huge success!
