Domino's Pizza - Mishawaka

I will never purchase anything from this restaurant again. It's baffling how they can't get my order right. If they want to confirm my order, all they need to do is check my previous purchases—I always order the same items. I can't believe they messed up a replacement order and then had the audacity to tell me I was wrong! I'm truly surprised they are still in business. To make matters worse, their prices are unreasonably high for the quality of food they serve. Never again!

I had no issues at all. Ordering from their website was straightforward. I arrived at the estimated pick-up time (about 15 minutes on a Sunday night), and my order was ready just as expected. The food was hot and fresh. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience, and I was very satisfied with my meal!

I visited the restaurant on May 24th, 2022, at 18:10 and was quite disappointed with the service. The staff, particularly a female worker, seemed to completely disregard both me and another customer. She frequently went in and out of the back, showing no acknowledgment of our presence. I believe it's important for management to reevaluate their training procedures to ensure that employees demonstrate genuine care for their customers. The lack of respect shown by the staff during such busy times is truly disheartening.

After almost 1-2 years, this dominos finally turned around. it is no longer painful to order from here and the order is actually made right. the new employees are very tailored to problems. Previously about 1 year it went down hills and was terrible to order a pizza from here. but I give credit where credit is due. they turned this sinking ship around and start to make good pizza again and start to offer good custom server again.

Waited on hold forever and then they hung up on me. Ordered the 2nd round and they said 10 mins. It's an hour later and I already paid. Now I've been on hold 16 mins. ?‍?
