Firehouse Subs Wilshire Plaza

I was a customer and one of your managers was very rude to me and smelled like weed. I had a asthma attack bcuz I'm allergic to weed smoke. Then you can hear the workers cussing at each other. Your only employee that was super nice to me and had excellent customer service was a lady named Patricia Elkins. But apparently she's not there anymore.

The restaurant was dirty, every table had crumbs on it and the floors were no better.The cashier who rang us up got our order wrong and even our name, so we were left waiting even though our food was ready. The Coke machine tasted like something was wrong, at least for the Diet and Vanilla that we had.

I really love the flavor of their food but damn does it feel extremely pricey.

Really nice place to pick up a quick bit to eat. Very friendly service. Food is delicious. ?

The food was amazing it was my first, but definitely not my last time.
